Certain lifestyle needs to be avoided to Prevent heart attack – Health expert urges Ghanaians

Taken too much cold water or cold minerals causes heart attack. The heart doesn’t need something cold before it works.

In a one on one interview on Plan B Fm’s ‘Apomuden Fie’ hosted by Aduanaba Kwadwo Amponsah Okrubi on Saturday, 27 July 2024, Dr. Francis Nkrumah from Pairs Knowledge Natural Healthcare emphatically stated that, the lifestyle of taken too much cold water or minerals must be avoided.

“The habit of taken too much cold water or cold minerals is a risk factor to heart attack. Too much cold water or cold minerals causes agglutination” he noted.

This came in the discussion of cardiovascular disorders. Let’s stop the consumption of too much cold water or too much cold minerals to prevent the heart from dis functioning, he added.
