Black Queens Defeat Morocco 2-0 In Friendly

The Black Queens of Ghana won their second international friendly against the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco 2-0  at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The two matches are part of the teams’ preparations for the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations tournament.

Ghana won the first leg by three goals to one last Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium, and the Queens repeated the same feet against their Moroccan counterpart.

This time around, it is a 2-0 win courtesy of a brace from striker Sandra Owusu-Ansah.

Throughout the game, both teams played some good football and should take a lot of positives going into the upcoming AFCON Women’s qualifiers.
