Ten-man Ghana kept their preparation for the 2025 Women’s African Cup of Nations on course with a 1-0 win over Senegal on Saturday, 5 April 2025 in an international friendly.

The Black Queens scored the only goal on 24 minutes when Evelyn Badu prodded home a cross from the left side.

Coach Kim Lars Björkegren’s led onto that lead to unalive their hosts despite playing the last 27 minutes with ten-men.

In the Anasthesia Achiaa 63rd minute, Anasthesia Achiaa was expulsed from the game after picking up a second yellow.

Ghana are on a nine-day training camp in Senegal and have lined up two friendly matches against the Teranga Lioness.

The next game will be played on Sunday, 8 April 2025.
