Plan B Fm’s family, relationship, and lifestyle show dubbed NYANSAPO FIE, hosted by Dr. Michael Asenso on the topic “Habit” said described it as any regularly repeated behavior that requires little or no thought and is learned rather than innate.

Rev Roger Carl Parkins, a regular guest on the show in his contribution said, habits are reflected in character, in other words, habitual actions determine the character of a person, which could decide his destiny.

“Every individual is morally responsible for the kind of habitual action he/she performs. Stop certain things as you are you aging, activities that could hamper your well-being, and desist from consuming sugary foods that have no benefit to your health but have become a habit, though it is difficult to stop” he stated

Lady Maryn Abeka-Daniel also said a habit that can be part of any activity, ranging from eating and sleeping to thinking and reacting should be checked.

Citing herself as an example she explained that “I developed late night eating habits and gained weight, so i decided to change from the habit of eating late in the night, it wasn’t easy from the start but as i started eaten early i have reduced weight to my normal shape without any stress or exercises”.
