Asante Kotoko’s latest signing, Ndongani Samba Gilbani Oneil, has set his sights on aiding the club in securing the Ghana Premier League title in the upcoming season.
The Congolese defender finalized his move to the Porcupine Warriors on Thursday, July 11.
In his first interview since signing a two-year contract, the former Rahimo FC captain expressed his joy and determination.
“I am delighted to be here because Kotoko is a prestigious club,” he remarked.
The defender added, “When my manager informed me of Kotoko’s interest, I immediately instructed him to cease discussions with other clubs so I could focus on joining here. I am dedicated to showcasing my skills on the pitch and contributing to the team’s quest to win the league.”
Samba becomes Asante Kotoko’s fourth signing in the off-season, joining Emmanuel Antwi, Esmat Hassabalbagi, and Yousef Yagoub in strengthening the squad.
