President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s MCE nominee for New Juaben Mr Alex Sarfo Kantanka was arrested last night by armed police over breach of the 1992 Constitution. He was accused on Two affronts to the 1992 Constitution namely, threath of assault and bribe giving.
Yesterday, a Viral video which contained the three Serious allegations kept Trending on the Internet. Immediately the police noticed the video, they went after the main architect. Mr Alex Sarfo Kantanka was reportedly arrested in his home by armed police from the Juaben Municipality Police command.
In the video, Mr Alex Sarfo Kantanka was seen threatening some Assembly members for taking his GH5000.00 and voting against him MCE for Juaben. Not only that, he verbally abused some of the Assembly members. Honorable Alex Sarfo Kantanka.
According to Citi TV, Mr Sarfo Kantanka is likely to be processed for court without delay. Few weeks ago, one NPP chairman was Jailed 12 months for trying to bribe a DCE over galamsey activities.
The bribe story of Mr Alex Sarfo Kantanka may not be different.
