The Clergy Forum for Fairness (CFF) Extends it heartfelt condolences to the families of Apiate who lost their loved ones on the Explsion that was witnessed on 20th January,2022 and also wishes the injured ones a speedy recovery.

They also released that they call on the Appropriate Authorities to as a matter of urgency interdict the interior minister Ambrose Derry and Director of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Nana prempeh for failing to make sure that, the Due process in transporting Explosives are put in place .

Rev. Paul, President for Clergy Forum For Fairness in an interview with Bohyeba Afriyie on Plan B FM’s Ebanoosen revealed that the Explosion is one that his Associates can not keep mute about because mostly in cases like this in Ghana much investigations is not done so the real source of the problem go scot free but the Apiate explosion must be investigated to the brim so all those who will be faulted are fished out.

He also said that all this happened because the mining sector has been left over the years to do what ever they like and pointed something that could helped to prevent the explosion t.

He said that the vehicle that was used to transport the chemical is not the appropriate vehicle , he explained that the vehicle that is used to transport this type of chemical has lining in it that if there should be an explosion it will prevent it from reaching outside.etc

He indicated that the interior minister Honorable Ambrose Derry and NADMO Head Nana prempeh must be interdicted because they failed as an Authority.

He Also said that committee must be set to investigate the explosion and they are pleading that all members of this committee
are independent.

He concluded that there’s no way that if the investigation is properly conducted that we will not find the interior minister and NADMO Head Guilty.
