Akufo-Addo Cuts Sod For Construction Of Tema Regional Hospital

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo on Sunday October 25 2020, cut sod for the constructoin of a new ultra modern regional hospital in Tema.

The sod cutting ceremony which signifies the commencement of work took place today at the premises of the Tema General Hospital.

The project which is expected to be completed by the end of 2022, will be a 400-bed capacity hospital.

The president disclosed to the people of Tema that funding had already been secured for the project.

He then added that the people of Tema and surrounding areas in the Tema East, West and Central can now begin to count down towards an ultra modern regional facility to serve the people in the area.

The president indicated that the hospital is one of the new regional hospital being constructed.

President Nana Addo expressed his appreciation to the people of Tema for supporting his administration amd indicated he will return to show his gratitude.

He then admonished to the people of Tema to vote for the NPP this coming December to enable him do more for Ghanaians and also commission this hospital by 2022.
