The Chief Executive Officer of Tema Chapter Teachers Network Co-operative Credit Union (TCTNCCU) Limited, Stanley Attor, has called on members to remain actively involved in the activities of the union to strengthen its operations and sustain its growth.

He said the participation and commitment of members across the various branches were essential to building a united, resilient and prosperous credit union.

Speaking at the union’s 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the Tema Joint Church, Community 7, Mr Attor said the collective contribution of members remained central to the institution’s progress.

He reaffirmed management’s commitment to prudent administration and responsible financial management to protect members’ interests and improve service delivery.

Mr Attor, however, identified loan delinquency as a major challenge confronting the union, noting that management was working to address the situation.

He stressed the importance of responsible borrowing and timely loan repayments in maintaining the financial stability of the credit union and ensuring that other members continued to access financial support.

The CEO also highlighted the union’s operational reach, indicating that it currently has eight branches, ten offices and a workforce of 70 employees.

The AGM, held under the theme, “Building a Stronger and More Prosperous Credit Union in a Changing Financial Industry,” brought together members and stakeholders from Tema, Ashaiman, Ada, Dodowa and other communities to assess the union’s performance and discuss its future direction.

Mr Attor said continued cooperation between members, management and the leadership would be vital to achieving the union’s objectives.
