Incompetence can damage workplace reputation — Rev Michael Banson

Rev Michael Banson has cautioned workers and business owners against incompetence, describing it as one of the major factors that can damage a person’s reputation at the workplace.

Speaking on Nyansapo fie show on Plan B 104.5 FM, Rev Banson emphasized the importance of reliability, noting that employees must strive to be dependable in the roles entrusted to them. According to him, being consistent and responsible at work helps to build trust and strengthens one’s professional image over time.

He also advised business owners to maintain a strong and positive reputation by delivering services at a consistently high standard. Rev Banson explained that businesses should be open and welcoming to people from all walks of life, stressing that every individual who walks into a business premises should be seen as a potential customer.

He further urged business operators and staff to treat customers with respect and dignity. In his view, showing courtesy and valuing every client not only improves relationships but also helps businesses grow and sustain their reputation in the long run.
