A third suspect linked to the murder of 38-year-old Immigration Officer, Stephen King Amoah, has reportedly passed away after a short illness.

According to a report by CitiNewsroom.com, the update was confirmed by the deceased’s brother, Kwasi Amoako, who revealed that he was informed of the suspect’s death by a Criminal Investigations Department (CID) officer handling the case.

Here’s what the grandmother of slain immigration officer said after court hearing

“Yesterday we went to court, and I can confirm that the third suspect has passed on. I was told by the Police CID, the one who is in charge of the case. We thank God that our brother has started seeking justice for himself,” Amoako said.

Stephen King Amoah, a serving officer with the Ghana Immigration Service, was reported missing on July 4, 2025.
