Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari Is Dead

Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has passed away.

His spokesman until his death, Mallam Garba Shehu, confirmed the news on his social media handle on Sunday afternoon.

“The family of the former president has announced the passing of Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.
May Allah accept him into Aljannatul Firdaus. Amin,” he wrote.

Buhari, who was 82 years old, died in a London clinic.
