A devastating incident unfolded in Atebubu, Bono East region, on the morning of January 29, 2025.
A 40-year-old truck pusher Baba Adongo fatally butchered his longtime friend, Isaac Tarior (also known as Ogoro), aged 42.
The two had shared a friendship spanning more than five years.
The brutal attack occurred around 9 a.m. in the Kombaline suburb of Atebubu.
The victim’s body has been sent to the mortuary, while Baba Adongo is currently in police custody, assisting with the ongoing investigation.
