Outgoing President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has made six (6) new appointments to the rank of Director of Prisons in the Prisons Service upon the advice of the Prisons Service Council.
They are DOP Ali Kwaku Ababio, DOP Hagbe Francis Selorm, DOP Millicent Owusu, DOP Brandford Gilbert Hama, DOP Paul Teye Ademan (Esq) and DOP Issaku Yahaya.
The promotions took effect from the 1st of December 2024.
