John Dramani Mahama’s targeted tariffs have drawn criticism from Yaw Nsarkoh, the former executive vice president of Unilever Global Markets. John Dramani Mahama and his National Democratic Congress (NDC) made a social pact with Ghanaians before to being elected president.
