The leadership of NDC Tema Central Constituency led by *Chairman Benjamin Djakumah* wishes to inform all comrades and supporters of our party to remain calm while we wait on the Electoral Commission to officially declare *H.E John Dramani Mahama* as President elect and *Hon. Ebi Bright* as Member of Parliament for the 9th session of Parliament.
We seize the opportunity to wish all our members who were one way or the other affected by the unfortunate incident caused by some suspected NPP group on Sunday morning a speedy recovery. We are with you in prayers at this difficult moment.
The leadership of the party does appreciate the collective efforts for making this remarkable achievement a reality.
For the very first time in history, NDC has won Tema Central Constituency convincingly with a vote difference of *1,709* for presidential.
From all indications, the electoral commission will on Tuesday, declare Hon. Ebi Bright as MP for the good people of Tema Central Constituency.
We wish to say a big thank you to everyone without selecting few for such a resounding victory
