5 notorious armed robbers killed at Wassa Asundua

Five suspected armed robbers who have been terrorizing residents of Wassa Asundua in the Amenfi East Municipality of the Western Region have been killed by the police in a shootout.

According to the Assembly Member for the area, the community quickly alerted the police about the presence of the armed gang.

In response, law enforcement officers swiftly arrived at the scene and engaged the robbers in a gun battle.

The confrontation resulted in the deaths of four of the suspects.

However, one suspect managed to escape and is currently on the run.

Police have launched a manhunt to apprehend the fugitive.

The community remains on high alert as the police continue their search for the remaining suspect.
