Nsoatreman eliminated from CAF Confederation Cup after defeat to Constantine
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Nsoatreman FC has been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup, losing 1-0 to CS Constantine in the second leg of their second-round clash on September 21, 2024.

This result sealed a 3-0 aggregate defeat, following a 2-0 loss in the first leg.

Zakaria Benchaa scored the only goal of the second leg in the 19th minute, allowing Constantine to dominate the match.

Nsoatreman struggled to break through Constantine’s defense, ending their hopes of advancing to the group stage in their debut campaign.

The club will now focus on domestic competitions, aiming to defend their FA Cup title and compete for the Ghana Premier League title for another chance at continental football.

Despite the disappointment, Nsoatreman sees the experience as a valuable lesson for the future.
