Ghanaians need a leader who can solve problems not a leader who will create problems – Adusei-Poku

Election 2024: Adusei-Poku urges Ghanaians to participate in voters’ register exhibition exercise

A National communication member of Movement for Change, John Kofi Adusei-Poku has said that, Ghanaians need a competent leader to solve Ghana’s problem and not incompetent one who will rather create more problems for the Citizenry.

He expressed dissatisfaction on how the current government has tackled the fight against illegal mining also known as ‘galamsey’.

The kind of deformities that the chemicals used in the  galamsey operation is causing to unborn babies is something pathetic in these mining communities

In a panel discussion on Plan B FM’s ‘Nkosuo Nsem’ show on Tuesday, 10th September 2024, Adusei-Poku emphatically stated that Akufo-Addo has failed in the fight against galamsey.

“Ghana needs a competent and capable leader to solve the major problems Ghanaians are facing now and an incompetent who will rather create problems” he indicated.

“There are major problems Ghanaians are facing now, one is the LGBTQI+, Corruption and the Galamsey menance which Akufo-Addo placed his presidency on the line but now, there is nothing good to write home about the galamsey fight. As Ghana is heading towards general election, let choose competent leader in the person of Alan Kyerematen to help move Ghana from the pit to the promised land” he noted
