Mr Alan Kyeremanten, the Independent Presidential Candidate, has issued a stern warning to elements within the Electoral Commission against any attempts to remove his name from the ballot in the upcoming general election on December 7.

“Any attempt to remove my name from the polls will be fiercely resisted,” Mr Kyeremanten declared.

“Nobody can remove my name from the ballot paper. They should not try it because it won’t work for them.”

He reaffirmed his commitment to being on the ballot come December 7, emphasizing his serious intentions for transforming the country and his determination to win the race.

“I’m not here to be a kingmaker,” he asserted, urging his supporters to come out in large numbers to vote for him.

Mr Kyeremanten, who leads the Movement for Change and has been endorsed by the Alliance for Revolutionary Change, made these statements during an interview on Accra-based Neat FM on Wednesday, June 26, 2024
