The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Krachi East in the Oti region, Bernard Aborkugya Mensah, has sadly died.
According to reports this unfortunate incident took place on Friday afternoon.
Mr. Aborkugya collapsed while delivering a speech at a matriculation ceremony at Dambai College of Education.
Despite being rushed to the Worawora Government Hospital, he couldn’t be revived and passed away.
The unexpected event has left the inhabitants of Krachie East in a state of disbelief.
