You don’t need a title to be a leader – Rev. Asenso advises
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Host of Plan B FM’s ‘Nyansapo Fie’ Rev. Michael Asenso has stated that people can make positive impact at wherever they find themselves despite not holding any title or positions.

He advised that “leadership is not about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence, and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire your team-mates and your society. In short, it’s not about giving orders or being in charge” he made these remarks on Plan B FM’s Relationship and Lifestyle program ‘Nyansapo Fie’

He further stated that, some people are only interested in taken big positions without making any good use of it by impacting positively on the lives of people and the society or country they find themselves in.

He further explains that we live in a world  full of selfish leaders and leadership style where people only think about themselves rather them making things better for society and the vulnerable.
