A man has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for sodomising a a young man who believe to be his friend aged 27 years to death.
31-year old Kwaku Prince has been sentenced to 3 years in prison with hard labour by the Suhum Circuit Court presided over by her worship Effuah Edison for sodomising his friend, Kofi Karikari to death and infecting him with HIV.
The Police Prosecutor for the case, Inspector George said the suspect was jailed because of his misdemeanor and simpliciter as stated in section 104 (1B) of the Criminal Offenses Act.
Meanwhile, the family of the victim are not happy about the rulings.
