E/R: Speeding Taxi Kills Aged Woman At Koforidua, Another Found Dead By The Roadside

An old aged woman has met her untimely death at Koforidua Old Estate junction on Monday morning.

An eyewitness, Smart Trends told the reporter the deceased was knocked down by a speeding taxi cab with registration number ER-942-19 when trying to cross the road.

Meanwhile, the driver of the taxi cab bolted after the incident leaving the vehicle behind.

Police had come for the body of the deceased at the time of filing the report as investigation begins.
