Sexual indiscipline can be termed as the act of having sex without self-control. A state where you don’t control your mind and desires and only concerned with satisfying the immediate emotional desire.
Speaking on Plan B FM’s family, relationship, and lifestyle show dubbed NYANSAPO FIE, hosted by Dr. Michael Asenso, on the topic ” SEXUAL INDISCIPLINE AT WORKPLACE”.
Rev Abeka Daniel said that sexual indiscipline at the workplace becomes a discomfort to the managers and the co-workers.
He stressed that when two employees engage themselves in such an act, it can stifle productivity, and will lead to sexual indiscipline, and destroy the workplace environment.
An employer may be faced with gossip, lovers’ quarrels. Distracted employees may lead to sexual harassment, retaliation, favoritism, and workplace violence.
To avoid this, the company has to develop a sexual indiscipline Policy, To begin with, you need to create a sexual indiscipline policy because if you don’t have one, then your employees won’t know what is expected of them and may retard productivity.
