Dreams FC will play the first leg in Ghana before leaving for Kankan in Guinea to play Milo FC.
Fellow Ghana Premier League side, Medeama SC who made it to the CAF Champions League as champions were paired with Nigerian side, Remo Stars FC in the preliminary stage of the competition.
The first leg of their tie will be played in Ghana at the Cape Coast Stadium before Medeama travel to Sagamu to face Remo Stars.
