Kasoa Amanfrom: One feared dead, four injured as health facility collapses

One person is feared dead after a health facility, Restoration Health Birth Care Center located at Kasoa Amanfrom, collapsed on Tuesday afternoon.

The cause of the facility’s collapse is not yet known but eye witnesses say it went down during slight showers.

The owner of the facility is the one feared dead, according to reports.

Four persons were also injured.

They have all been sent to the Kasoa Polyclinic for medical care.

As at the time of going to press, officials of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) and the Ghana Police Service were at the scene carrying out investigations.

They carried the deceased to the mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
