Raining season: Drive carefully to avoid road carnage – Drivers told

Raining season: Drive carefully to avoid road carnage – Drivers told
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Chief Inspector Morgan with the Tema Community 2 District Police Command has advised drivers and the general public to drive carefully to avoid accidents on our roads as the rainy season begins.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s morning show NKOSUONSEM with Nana Yaw Abrompah, Chief Inspector Morgan urged drivers to be careful on the roads because as the rains set in the rainwater will be covering potholes which could lead to an accident.

Chief inspector Morgan also advised the general public and pedestrians to take caution and walk towards incoming vehicles but not behind them whenever they are walking on the street to avoid accidents.

He added that the general public shouldn’t use this rainy season as an excuse to be stealing from others because it is also against the law.
