Duayaw Nkwanta: Nana Boakye Tromo III Is Dead

The Omanhene of the Duayaw Nkwanta Traditional Council in the Ahafo Region, Nana Boakye Tromo III has died after a short illness.

The Traditional Council through Akwamuhene of Duayaw-Nkwanta Traditional Council Nana Boakye Bonsu announced the passing of Nana Boakye Tromo III at a solemn ceremony at the Duayaw Nkwanta Palace.

The late Nana Boakye Tromo III ruled over 50 years before his demise. He was one of the longest serving chiefs in the Ahafo Region.

The traditional council also indicated that the details of the funeral rites will be made known later.
