Ghana has dropped from 59th to 60th in the latest FIFA World Rankings released following the latest round of international matches played in March.

The Black Stars engaged in two games in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers under new Boss Chris Hughton.

Ghana beat Angola in Kumasi at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium courtesy a late strike from Bournemouth striker Antione Semenyo and managed a 1-1 draw in Luanda at the Estadio de 11 Novembro.

Ghana currently sits at the summit of Group E with eight points, followed by Central African Republic with 7 points, Angola on third with 5, then Madagascar, rock bottom with a single point.

The Black Stars return to action for the last two qualifiers against Madagascar and Central African Republic in September
