Accra Hearts of Oak have named Slavko Matić as the new head coach of the club.
The 46-year-old has been given a two-year deal to lead the club.
The Serbian tactician takes over from Samuel Boadu who was sacked earlier this month for poor performances.
His immediate assignment will be to get the team in shape when the suspended Betpawa Premier League resumes.
The Phobians are without a win in three league games and have exited the CAF Confederations Cup.
Matic will be supported by David Ocloo as Assistant Coach, Richard Oppong as Goalkeeper’s trainer, Youth Team Coach, Samuel Nii Noi and Fitness Coach, Enock Jordan Daitey.
The UEFA Pro Licence holder has had stints in his native Serbia, China, Qatar and Slovenia.
He last coached Bulgarian side, Septemvri Sofia this year.
