According to the group, it is the mandate of the National Service Scheme (NSS) to ensure that priority sectors in the country do not lack the requisite human resources needed for development.

Mr Ekow Andoh a student activist and a member of the concern NSP in an interview with Nkosuo Hene on plan B FM’s Ebaanosen said that at this point what is more important to Them is letter from the office of the National service secretariat addressing why they have not yet received their January and February Allowance

He also said that the allowances given to them he thinks is not enough due to the economic hardship in the country and so he thinks it is time that their allowances is increased by 10%.

He concluded that they are serving the country so they Government must consider them in every decision they take.
