Ghanaians have reacted massively to a video which has started making waves on the internet. In the video which was shared by the Ghana Broadcasting Cooperation(GBC), a truck was seen moving at the premises of Appiatse without any escort.

The inscription of the truck had ‘Danger Explosives’ on it. One can however not tell whether the truck carried explosives at that time or it was empty.
