Ambaria Islamic faithful, assisted by thugs, teachers and students of the Ambaria senior high school, acting in response to the audio recording, mass up at campus of the university, attacked the students, teachers and workers of the university, beat them up, drove them out of both hostel and classrooms and forcefully occupies in.

Students who were victims of the incident complains that, they were threatened with cutlasses to leave and that, any attempt to resume their lecture rooms will cause the outpouring of blood which even the government cannot intervene. To the students, all they need is access to their lecture rooms and hostels for effect teaching and learning, and are calling for government’s help.

The principal of the university was not left out in the brutalities as he was left with a broken nose and his dress torn into pieces. The principal said he will not accept the force eviction and occupation of the university properties and wants authorities to intervene quickly before any further escalation.
