Police Chases 5 Officers Over Alleged Stolen IPhone And GH30,000 Belonging To A Dead Man

The Konongo Police command is reportedly chasing 5 fire service officers for allegedly stealing an amount of GH30,000 and an IPhone belonging to the Paramount Chief of Sekyere Kwamang who died instantly in an accident.

According to the reports, five fire service officers dispatched on a rescue mission at the accident scene took the dead chief’s GH 30,000 Cedis and IPhone in their custody. As investigation keeps going, the fire service men have willingly refused to disclose the items in their possession. Efforts to locate and question the 5 officers fell on deaf ears.

The Konongo Police therefore wrote an official letter to the fire service command to produce the 5 officers to answer questions.

The Paramount Chief of Sekere Kwamang passed away with two others in a ghastly accident with his 4×4 plush vehicle. We hope and pray that the Police retrieves the money and phone for the family of the dead Chief.
