It is turning out that reports that Lawyer Justin Kodua, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has been given a 7-day ultimatum to decide on his work or political ambitions to be false after all.
Awal Mohammed, the Public Relations Officer for the YEA has flatly rubbished the publications describing it as total false which should be disregarded by all and added that YEA CEO is still at post.
Speaking on a Kumasi base radio station in the Ashanti Region which was monitored by Planbfmonline.com, Awal Mohammed noted that Lawyer Justin Kodua is the longest-serving YEA CEO since former President Kufour introduced the Agency in 2008.
“President Akufo-Addo has given him another four more years to serve and he is not afraid to be sacked from the post,” Awal Mohammed told the host of the show he was speaking on.
Answering a question on whether the YEA CEO has made any decision on his job as the YEA CEO or his political ambitions, Awal Mohammed pointed out that ‘Okukom’ as the YEA CEO is being referred to, has not declared his intentions to vie for the General Secretary position of the NPP as being speculated by many.
He concluded that friends of Lawyer Justin Kodua started the movement and added that the said friends remarked that it was time for a change in terms of the party leadership.
