NAM 1 & 2 Others To Be Arrested On Orders Of Adentan Circuit Court

An Adentan Circuit Court today issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah who is popularly referred to as NAM 1 and two other persons when they failed to appear in court over some fraud charges.

Nana Appiah Mensah, who is the Chief Executive Officer of the defunct Menzgold together with his accomplices, Gabriel Kwamigah, aka, Gabby and Eric Amponsah Bediako, aka, Cana, according to information available to this news portal, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud by false pretenses.

The Circuit Court had earlier ordered NAM 1 and his accomplice to appear before it today, Thursday, November 4, 2021n Tuesday, November 2, but they failed to respond when their names were read out in court for hearing to continue on the alleged fraud case against them.

They allegedly failed to comply with directive which ordered them to come to court after the court earlier issued a criminal summons to be served on them. NAM 1 and his men, according to the information failed to honour the invitation leading to the court issuing a bench warrant for their arrest. They were however represented by their lawyer, Yaw Danquah.
