A 38-year-old man has been found dead at Sefwi Aboabo, a suburb of Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal in the Western North Region.

Akwasi Broni is said to have left for the farm to bring some foodstuff on Sunday, September 26, 2021.

His wife, Doris Obeng however looked forward to his return but to no avail.

Doris, who is a nursing mother, informed the entire family of his husband’s disappearance.

Father of the deceased, Kwame Osei said he went to a nearby information centre to make an announcement after receiving the information and also reported to assemblyman and opinion leaders.

Speaking in an interview Mr Osei further explained that the community convened a search party for his son and was subsequently found dead in the bush.

“I don’t know what exactly could have killed him but I leave it all in the hands of God,” he said.

The body has been buried at Aboabo after the police’s medical examination.
