A lot of people have written tributes on social media for him citing the incidence as very unfortunate.
The young man faced many challenges during his first degree in KNUST due to financial constraints since his family could not afford to pay his tuition fees and had to apply for assistance from the municipal assembly in his hometown and got approved for financial assistance but this was later revoked on the basis that, Biochemistry is not a good course to warrant financial assistance.
However he had a benefactor in the person of Uncle Moses Mengu who helped him with academic fees. Adams wrote exams on empty stomachs and pressed on to complete school with First Class Honors in Biochemistry.
