ECG New ‘Dumsor’ Timetable Out

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) today, May 20, 2021, released what is believe to be a new load shedding timetable. The timetable which covers areas in Accra is expected to start on Thursday, May 27 to June 11, 2021.

The ECG noted that the planned outage is to enable the completion of some construction works on the Kasoa Bulk Supply Point.

The latest planned power outages come few days after a similar exercise by the ECG ended on Monday, May 17.

Continuing the ECG noted that the next phase of the outages will be during the evenings, from 6 pm to midnight, affecting several areas which have been grouped into three – A, B and C for effective management of the schedule.
