Black Stars and Besiktas midfielder Bernard Mensah has announced that he is taking a temporary break from the national team.
This comes as a result of his exclusion from a 24-man squad to face Sudan in a double-header of the 2021 AFCON qualifiers announced by CK Akunnor.
The hardworking midfielder wants to concentrate on club football for now.
He revealed this on his twitter page on Sunday November 8, 2020
Mensah made his Black Stars debut in 2015 against To go and scored in the process .
He’s gone on to make fives appearances for the national team.
