Crystal Palace and Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew has been adjudged the Sports Writers Association of Ghana Male Footballer of the Year Award.
Ayew has been in red-hot form and has now been recognised for his efforts, beating the likes of Thomas Partey, and China-based Mubarak Wakaso to the award.
He scored nine goals in the 2019/20 English Premier League.
He was also named Crystal Palace’s Player of the Year award and Players’ Player of the Year earlier this year.
The award was presented to him by the Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku at the Black Stars camp base in Antalya, Turkey ahead of Monday’s friendly against Qatar.
