35-year-old Driver In Trouble For Crashing A 54-year-old Man To Death At Mampong

Man, 42, Collapses To Death In Attempt To Butcher ‘Banku’ Seller

Bawa Felix, a 35-year-old driver of a Toyota Vitz hatchback, has found himself in trouble after crashing a 54-year-old man to death at Asante Mampong. Bawa, facing jail, will not only be fighting his way out of jail, but will also have to cough enough money to settle the family of the late Emmanuel Nkansah; the man he crashed to death.

Bawa who has already been remanded into police custody, has agreed to foot the funeral bills of the late Emmanuel Nkansah. He will not only be paying the funeral cost, but will be paying additional bills also. This was confirmed after a meeting between the families of the late Emmanuel Nkansah and that of Bawa Felix.

In confirming the agreement, the Aduana family head of the late Emmanuel Nkansah stated that the burial cost for sending Emmanuel to his grave will be on Bawa Felix. From mortuary to the casket, hearse ambulance and the grave cost will all be paid by Bawa Felix.

His family will also support Emmanuel’s wife after the burial with a seed to help her raise her children. They have also agreed to fully sponsor Mary Nkansah for her training until graduation. Mary, the eldest child of the late Emmanuel Nkansah will receive close to Six Thousand cedis to help her complete her schooling at Mampong College of Education.

All these, Felix and his family will do to help the Nkansah family and the police will be witness to it. The funeral cost been the most important one now, will be paid in March whiles the miscellaneous fees Mary’s education will be paid in April and May, Nana Aduyaw Ahenkan, the Aduana Family head of the late Emmanuel Nkansah said last night after his meeting with the family of Bawa Felix.
