10 JHS Students Drown In Oti River While Returning From Headmaster’s Farm

Ten Junior High School (JHS) students got drowned in the Oti River in the Saboba District on Friday when a boat they were travelling in capsized on the Oti River.

The students, according information reaching  Plan B News, the students drowned in the river while returning from their headmaster’s farm in another town.

Seven bodies have so far been retrieved from the river while the remaining three are being searched for by the rescue team.

The dead bodies have been kept at the Saboba police station.

20 students out of the 30 were able to swim across the river.
